About Planns.

// We make planning easy.

There are thousands of things to do in Barcelona; the problem was never finding them, it's deciding. Planns is the layer that helps you choose: concerts, exhibitions, museums, restaurants, routes and getaways turned into a complete plann you decide with whoever you bring along.

How it works

Three steps and you have a plan

  1. 01

    Discover what's on

Concerts, exhibitions, museums, markets, theatre, cinema, restaurants, routes and getaways. We collect it daily from open data, agendas and venues, clean it and translate it. You just browse.

  2. 02

    The Planner builds your outing

Tell it who you're with, the vibe, budget, time and constraints (kids, diet, dog). In under a minute you get a complete itinerary, not a list.

  3. 03

    Share it and decide together

Send the plann on WhatsApp as a link, collect who's in and let the group suggest changes. Organising stops falling on the same person every time.

The idea

A plann is a chain, not a point

Nobody goes only to the concert. There's dinner before, a trip in between and a drink after. Planns designs the whole night.

  1. PreludeWhere to eat beforeNearby, open at the right time and within budget.
  2. DestinationThe eventThe concert, show or match that started it all.
  3. EpilogueWhere to endA drink, an ice cream or the way home, depending on the mood.

For every euro spent on the ticket, two are spent around it. That's why the Planner starts from the chain, not from the isolated event.

What we believe

Four things we don't negotiate

  1. 01You don't need more things to do. You need to find the ones you actually want to do.
  2. 02The best plan isn't always the most popular one. Independent places deserve to be found.
  3. 03Deciding as a group shouldn't burn anyone out. Coordination is part of the product.
  4. 04Barcelona is lived in Catalan, Spanish and English. So is Planns.

Who's behind it

A Barcelona project, built from Barcelona

Planns is independent and built on the latest technology end to end: from the pipeline that collects and cleans the city's offer to the planner that proposes your plan. We're not another listings site: we're the layer that takes you from "what shall we do?" to a settled plan.

We don't sell tickets or charge per-diner commissions. We're funded by affiliate links to ticket and experience platforms, and by PRO plans through which we help venues and organisers reach the right audience at the right moment: when someone is deciding what to do.
