00. Beta notice and disclaimer
Planns is currently in beta. This means that the platform is in active development and may contain errors, interruptions, or inaccurate information.
The information displayed on Planns — including but not limited to schedules, prices, locations, availability, descriptions, and any other data related to events, spaces, or activities — is obtained from public and third-party sources, and may contain errors, be outdated, or be incomplete. Planns does not independently verify the accuracy of all published information.
Planns is not responsible under any circumstances for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information displayed, nor for any damage, harm, loss, or inconvenience that may arise from the use of this information, including but not limited to: event cancellations, schedule changes, price variations, space closures, or any other modifications made by organizers or third parties.
By browsing this website and using any of its services, the user expressly accepts these conditions and acknowledges that the information provided is merely indicative.
Continued use of the platform implies full acceptance of these terms.
We strongly recommend always confirming all details directly with the organizers or venues before attending any event or activity.
Welcome to Planns. These terms govern the use of our web platform and associated services. By accessing Planns, you agree to be bound by these terms.
01. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Planns. If you are under 16, you may only use the service with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
02. Use of service
Planns is a cultural curation tool. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we detect abusive use of the platform.
03. Content and intellectual property
All content on Planns (texts, design, logos, curation) is the exclusive property of Planns or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
04. User content
By posting reviews, comments, photographs, plan suggestions or any other content on Planns ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content within the platform and on our communication channels (social media, newsletter, promotional materials), for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. You represent that you hold the necessary rights over that content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
You may request the removal of your User Content at any time by contacting us; we will remove it unless a legal obligation or legitimate interest justifies keeping it.
05. User conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
- Post illegal, offensive or defamatory content.
- Attempt to access restricted areas of the system ("hacking").
- Use bots or scrapers to extract data in bulk.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
06. Third-party links and services
Planns may include links to third-party platforms for purchasing tickets or booking experiences (for example, Ticketmaster, Civitatis, GetYourGuide or others). By clicking these links, you leave Planns and the transaction is governed entirely by the terms, conditions and privacy policy of the relevant third party.
Planns may receive an affiliate commission when you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you.
We are not a party to those transactions nor responsible for their execution, availability, quality, or any related issue (cancellations, refunds, customer service). Any claim must be addressed directly to the relevant service provider.
07. Venues PRO and commercial accounts
Venues, spaces and organisers may claim their listing and subscribe to a paid plan ("Venue Pro") to obtain greater visibility, analytics and other commercial features.
Subscribing to a Venue Pro plan is governed by the specific commercial terms shown at the time of purchase (price, billing period, renewal and cancellation). In case of conflict, those specific terms prevail over these general Terms for anything related to the commercial relationship.
You may cancel your Venue Pro subscription at any time by writing to us through the contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
08. Limitation of liability
Planns acts as an information curator. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that plan information (times, prices, locations) is 100% accurate at all times, as it depends on third-party organisers.
We are not responsible for plan cancellations, last-minute changes or unsatisfactory experiences at recommended venues.
09. Content removal and moderation
If you detect content that is illegal, offensive, inaccurate or infringes third-party rights, you can report it through the platform or by contacting us. We will review each report and, where appropriate, remove or block access to the content within a reasonable timeframe.
We reserve the right to remove, without prior notice, any content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
10. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to any rights you may have, as a consumer, to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence under applicable consumer protection law.
