Trio Freixas honours the legacy of Pau Casals on the 150th anniversary of his birth. The ensemble, featuring Tatevik Khachatryan, Laia Puig and Alba Ventura, recreates the historical recordings that brought together Alfred Cortot, Jacques Thibaud and Casals himself a century ago. The programme also revives works by female composers linked to Narcisa Freixas, a pioneer in accessible music education. This is the second performance of the Trio Freixas residency at the Auditori Municipal Enric Granados.
