Deconstruct and rebuild your own narrative. This workshop invites you to excavate your memories, reinterpret their meaning, and shape them anew. A session to forge a raw, authentic autobiography, reflecting your deepest self.
The Planns tip
Bring a childhood everyday object; the session begins with a sensory description exercise that works best with a physical anchor.
