The 33rd edition of Barcelona's Independent Film Festival, L'Alternativa, lands with a hybrid offering. From November 12th to 22nd, 2026, enjoy in-person screenings and activities celebrating creative independence, diversity, and innovation. A selection of films will be available on Filmin for fifteen days in January 2027. The festival is divided into competitive sections (National, International Features, International Shorts), tributes and premieres in Alternativa Paral·leles, and a free, diverse program in Alternativa Hall (CCCB).
