The Fundació Òpera a Catalunya presents a double bill featuring P. Mascagni's Cavalleria rusticana and R. Leoncavallo's Pagliacci at L'Atlàntida's Sala Ramon Montanyà. Directed by Mirna Lacambra, the project continues the work of Amics de l'Òpera de Sabadell. Both staples of Italian verismo opera occupy the stage in a single evening. Before the curtain rises, critic Meritxell Tena hosts a talk to frame the production.
