A program exploring the versatility of the clarinet within chamber music. Francesc Navarro, alongside the string quartet, performs two works by Jean Françaix. The first, a trio from 1933 (14′); the second, a quintet for clarinet and strings from 1977 (25′). Igor Stravinsky completes the proposal with his Concertino for string quartet (7′). Sarah Bels and Lev Mikhailovskii on violin, Franck Heudiard on viola, Jean-Baptiste Texier on cello, form the ensemble. A selection that dialogues between the first half and the last quarter of the 20th century.
