The venue

Casa Amatller
Modernisme and Gothic, Amatller's legacy in Gràcia.
Casa Amatller, set on Passeig de Gràcia, is a blend of Catalan Modernisme and Flemish Gothic echoes. Designed by Josep Puig i Cadafalch for chocolate magnate Antoni Amatller, its stepped facade stands as a distinctive landmark in the 'Block of Discord'. Beyond its ornate exterior, the building houses the Amatller Institute of Hispanic Art, safeguarding a valuable photographic archive, and preserves the early 20th-century bourgeois atmosphere, now open as a museum and cultural space in Eixample.
