THE VENUE
Nestled in Sant Gervasi - Galvany, Espai Jove Casa Sagnier exemplifies Barcelona's evolving heritage. Originally a Sagnier family summer residence from 1894 to 1936, the current building was designed around 1900 by architect Enric Sagnier i Villavecchia. Its eclectic architecture blends Modernista, Gothic, and Oriental-inspired elements, notable for its wrought-iron floral ornaments. Listed as a protected building, it has transformed from a stately villa into a vibrant civic and youth center, now offering space for cultural activities, workshops, and study, rooting architectural legacy in the district's contemporary life.
