The Museu del Còmic i la Il·lustració is organizing a guided tour of the 'Dibuixant novel·les' exhibition at the Museu Palau Mercader in Cornellà de Llobregat. The exhibition highlights the role of comics from the 1920s onwards in spreading the universal adventure novel to young audiences. The inclusion of panels and covers transformed literary tales into images that gave face and form to protagonists by authors like Scott, Verne, or Dumas, reaching thousands of readers through the lines of illustrators such as Bernal or Blasco. The tour will be led by the exhibition's co-curators, Paco Baena and Jose Luís Villanueva. It takes place on Sunday at 12:00.
