The exhibition "Guillermo Mora. Yes but no" arrives at the Centre d'Art La Panera in Lleida. It features a series of site-specific paintings that question traditional pictorial language. Mora moves staples, usually invisible on the back of a work, to the surface, altering conventions. The pieces are constructed following a protocol: rectangular perimeters are covered with A4 sheets stapled to the wall, then the paper is partially torn off, leaving the trace of the action. It's presented as a 'do-it-yourself' kit that questions authorship and the possibility of creating art with everyday materials, without conventional paint. Admission is free.

The Planns tip

The assembly protocol is a work in itself; observe the marks on the wall and paper.
