Choreographer and dancer Madeleine Fournier presents Labourer. The piece examines the technical and narrative relationship between music and physical movement through a choreography that integrates the collaboration of musician Julien Desailly. Trained at the CNR in Paris and the CNDC in Angers, Fournier has a background performing with Odile Duboc and Emmanuelle Huynh. Her work is structured around a dissection of effort and resilience on stage.
