Micro-Operas Òh!pera
Short opera, intimate space. New voices at Liceu.
- From €30
Gran Teatre del Liceu
Liceu and Disseny Hub Barcelona propose a dialogue. Òh!pera redefines opera with innovative formats, contemporary artistic languages. It champions experimentation, interdisciplinarity, creative risk. Brief, condensed operas maintain the genre's essence: music, dramaturgy, staging. Emerging creators, current themes: identity, technology, ecology. Directed by Àlex Ollé, the works seek an intimacy that resonates with everyday life. Small rooms, unusual corners of the theatre. Interactive stages for an intimate, experimental dimension. The barrier between audience and stage blurs. A convergence of music, theatre, scenography, audiovisuals for the contemporary viewer.
