Espai Cultural Fòrum Berger Balaguer
Modernist legacy, Penedès' cultural pulse.
The Espai Cultural Fòrum Berger Balaguer, at Rambla de Nostra Senyera 6 in Vilafranca del Penedès, stands as a local Modernisme landmark. Designed by architects Santiago Güell and Marcel·lí Coquillat between 1910 and 1914, its imposing presence —featuring a corner tower, stone volutes, and delicate ironwork— enriches the urban fabric. Originally a family residence, the space, now managed by Fundació Pinnae, functions as a dynamic cultural hub. It hosts a continuous program of exhibitions, concerts, and conferences, establishing itself as a key axis for artistic expression and debate in Alt Penedès.
