Sr. Reciclatge brings an educational performance to the Biblioteca Pública de Girona Carles Rahola, designed for children aged 4 to 12. Through magic tricks and humor, participants learn the fundamentals of waste reduction, reuse, and recycling, identifying container color codes and environmental best practices. The activity is free and takes place at the library on Carrer Emili Grahit.
The Planns tip
Combine this with an afternoon of family reading; the building stands out for its functional architecture and expansive windows.
The venue
Biblioteca Pública Carles Rahola
Catalonia's largest library. Design, light, function.
A cubic volume defines the Carles Rahola Public Library, inaugurated in 2014. The architecture by Mario Corea Arquitectos prioritizes diffuse light, articulating rooms and three internal courtyards.
