The photographic exhibition 'The Faces of Hate', by photojournalist Jordi Borràs, is presented at Oliva Artés, within the Museu d'Història de Barcelona (MUHBA) in Barcelona's Provençals del Poblenou neighborhood. The show stems from the book 'Tots els colors del negre. L’extrema dreta a l’Europa del segle XXI' and documents the articulation and expansion of the far-right in Europe. Through images, Borràs explores the different facets and reinvention of these movements, from the French or German radical right populists to the Polish or Hungarian ultraconservatives, showing how intolerant discourses linked to neo-Nazi groups infiltrate under a democratic guise. The work also focuses on the Catalan reality, tracing its origins back to an incident in Arenys de Munt in 2009. The exhibition prompts reflection on the growth, presence, and normalization of these phenomena across the continent.
