Learn to make homemade nougat, gluten-free and with no animal products. This workshop, led by Zero Waste BCN, takes place in Sant Genís dels Agudells, focusing on three varieties: Xixona-style nougat, crunchy chocolate nougat, and coconut nougat, including decoration techniques. At the end, participants will take home a sample of each creation. Bring empty drink cartons and trays to use as molds, plus a food container. The activity is free and starts at 17:30 in various neighborhood locations.
