Dmitri Smirnov and Joel Bardolet take the stage for a chamber music recital at Orfeó Català, in the Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i la Ribera neighborhood. The event, kicking off at 19:30 with a €18 ticket, focuses on the dialogue between two violins. The program ranges from Bach to contemporary composers like L. Berio, P. Szymański, and M. Nyman. The selection features pieces written specifically for violin duo, alongside arrangements of solo works. It’s a chance to hear the interplay and technical complexity inherent in this formation.
