The venue

Breda - Castell de Montsoriu

Six hundred meters high. Three Gothic enclosures. Uncompromising military architecture.

From Breda's village square begins the climb towards Montsoriu Castle, a 10th-century medieval fortification later turned into a palace by the viscounts of Cabrera. Its stone walls atop the Montseny Natural Park form one of the best-preserved Gothic defensive structures in Catalan territory.
