The Sala d'Exposicions hosts the most recognized international photojournalism exhibition. Twenty-two editions consolidate an editorial selection of award-winning photography and multimedia productions from the World Press Photo contest. Works, mostly unseen in the country, chosen for their visual quality. Proposals offering diverse viewpoints on current affairs, multiple and panoramic perspectives inviting reflection. The 2026 edition gathers winning authors from six global territories: Africa, Asia-Pacific and Oceania, Europe, North and Central America, South America, and West, Central and South Asia. Each territory features three categories: Single Pictures, Photo Stories, and Long-Term Projects.
