The venue
Deep in the heart of Raval, at C Botella 7, Big Bang Bar sits on a historic spot. Its stone walls bear witness to a past dating back to the Middle Ages, when it housed a farmhouse. Transformed into a winery in the early 20th century and later Bar Kuki in the seventies, it became a melting pot for the local punk and rock scene. Today, this venue is defined by its commitment to live music, offering a diverse program spanning jazz, blues, and rock, with jam sessions and open mics that capture Barcelona's cultural pulse. Beyond music, it hosts various artistic expressions, maintaining a constant dialogue with the neighborhood's urban effervescence.
