Ca n'Andalet, at Passatge d'Andalet 11 in Carmel, stands as an 18th-century Catalan farmhouse, listed in the Catalan Architectural Heritage Inventory. Its three-story structure, once home to tenant farmers and a noble floor, has witnessed various transformations throughout the 19th and 20th centuries. From a life marked by agricultural activity until the mid-20th century, cultivating vegetables for the Horta market, the building has since transformed its purpose. Currently, Ca n'Andalet hosts Barcelona Activa, a municipal facility dedicated to occupational training and job placement, redefining its legacy as a hub for professional development in the Horta-Guinardó district.
