The venue
Can Mazantini stands in the heart of Sant Andreu as a key Catalan Modernisme residential complex. Designed by Josep Graner Prat, m.o., and dating back to 1913, this enclave at C Coroleu 73-77 comprises three ground-floor and two-story buildings, topped with roof terraces. Its facades, some restored to their original green, feature stucco work mimicking stone plinths and ashlar. Notable are its wrought-iron balconies with intricate floral motifs and curvilinear cornices, defining elements of its aesthetic. Though not publicly accessible inside, this complex offers an urban perspective on early 20th-century residential architecture in the district.
