The venue
At Gran de Gràcia 15, Casa Cama i Escurra (1902-1904) embodies Catalan Modernism. Its design, attributed to Gaudí's disciple Francesc Berenguer i Mestres, goes beyond the signature of Joan Baptista Feu, visible in its ornamentation. Despite transformations to the ground floor and crown, the façade features distinctive double iron grandstands with stained glass and sgraffito. Recent renovations have restored the elegance of its lobby and wooden elevator. Notably, it hosted a café-concert where Pau Casals performed and, since 1928, the iconic La Colmena pastry shop, cementing its cultural legacy in Vila de Gràcia.
