Erected in 1930 by M. Corratje, Casa Claudi Alsina stands in Barcelona's Plaça de Lesseps, bordering the Gràcia district. Its eclectic facade, echoing French-inspired styles, once offered an architectural counterpoint to what was then a landscaped square. This corner building, with a composition some have called confusing, originally featured a ground-floor commercial space and multiple residences spread across eleven stories, marking the urban evolution of the area and offering a unique glimpse into residential life in Vila de Gràcia.
