At Gran de Gràcia 61, Casa Elisa Bremon d'Espina stands as a testament to Catalan Modernisme, designed by architect Jeroni F. Granell i Manresa between 1904 and 1905. This residential building, classified as a local cultural heritage site, features a facade that, despite losing its original ground floor finish and polychrome stained glass in the grandstand, retains the essence of its soft lines. It boasts an imposing central grandstand spanning the first two floors, flanked by lobed balconies. The undulating crowning and the floral wrought ironwork on the railings highlight Granell's distinctive style in the heart of Vila de Gràcia.
