In the Dreta de l'Eixample, Casa Granell (1901-1903) at C Girona 122 is a creation by Jeroni F. Granell i Manresa —architect, owner, and glass artist. Listed as a Local Cultural Heritage Site, its Modernista facade boasts a unique composition: side balconies and paired central windows, accentuated with floral sgraffito in greens and pinks, and sinuous stone moldings. Inside, the lobby and light well reveal rich vegetal ornamentation in marble and polychrome stucco, highlighting irises and peacock feathers. A sober, residential Modernisme, seamlessly integrated into the Eixample's urban fabric.
