In the heart of Dreta de l'Eixample, Casa Lleó Morera stands as a beacon of Catalan Modernism on Passeig de Gràcia. Designed by Lluís Domènech i Montaner between 1902 and 1906, this building won the Best Artistic Building award in 1906. Its facade, part of the famed Block of Discord, is a testament to artisan collaboration, featuring details like Eusebi Arnau's sculptures alluding to technological advancements. Rich in floral and heraldic motifs, its ornamentation cleverly disguises an asymmetrical structure with galleries and an upper temple-like pavilion. A testament to the era's fusion of architecture and applied arts.
