The venue
On Passeig Bonanova 55, Casa Muley-Afid is an architectural landmark in Les Tres Torres. A masterpiece by Josep Puig i Cadafalch, commissioned in 1911 by Moroccan sultan Muley Afid, who lived here in exile until 1916. This modernist building, a cultural gem, boasts intricate volumes, prominent terraces, and viewpoints. White facades meet decorative brick, green glazed tiles, and sgraffito panels, featuring a standout tribune with Solomonic columns. Once an orphanage, the house was restored in 2002 and now hosts the Consulate of Mexico, preserving its unique story.
