The venue
At Carrer de l'Or 44, Casa Rubinat stands as a Modernista emblem in Vila de Gràcia. Built between 1906 and 1909 for Joan Baptista Rubinat, its design came from Francesc Berenguer i Mestres, a Gaudí collaborator, with Joan Rubió Bellver signing the project. The symmetrical façade features two-tone sgraffito with vegetal and geometric motifs. Wavy balconies with intricate ironwork and exposed brick pinnacles define its urban silhouette. This Local Cultural Asset enriches Gràcia's architectural landscape, near Plaça de la Virreina.
