The venue
In the heart of Vila de Gràcia, at Gran de Gràcia 1, stands Casa Víctor Conill, a 1931 work designed by Josep Goday i Casals. This building with three imposing façades represents a unique architectural exploration, diverging from historicism and hegemonic modernism to forge a third path. Its rationalist style blends Art Déco influences, visible in its geometric forms, and folk tradition details, like the niche with the image of the Moreneta. Conceived as a multifunctional complex, it housed everything from commercial premises and offices to luxury residences and rental apartments.
