El Casal de la Vila, antigua casa consistorial, articula la Plaça Orfila en Sant Andreu de Palomar. Este edificio neoclásico, reconstruido en 1870 y ampliado en 1915, albergó una cantina vital para la infancia del barrio durante la Guerra Civil.
