The venue
On Passeig de Gràcia, the Cases Rocamora stand as an architectural ensemble of exceptional scale. Designed by brothers Joaquim and Bonaventura Bassegoda between 1914 and 1917, their Neo-Gothic style with Modernista accents defines a unique presence. The lavishly ornamented stone facade, imposing five-story bay windows, and the semicircular corner tower, topped by a dome of orange ceramic scales, give the building a medieval fortress vibe. A testament to the bourgeois ambition of the era in the heart of Dreta de l'Eixample, this residential complex is a cultural landmark.
