The venue
The Centre Cultural Teresa Pàmies, also known as Edifici Collage, stands in the Nova Esquerra de l'Eixample. Opened in 2011, this project by Rahola Vidal Arquitectes features a spatial organization in horizontal strata, connected by voids that energize its interior. Natural light floods its predominantly white spaces, thanks to an extensive glass facade. It houses the Centre Cívic Urgell, a library, play area, nursery, and auditorium, establishing itself as the district's largest municipal facility. Its program, including film, theater, music, and exhibitions, meets the community's cultural needs and serves as a platform for emerging talent.
