The venue
Founded in 1931, Club Esportiu Mediterrani set up its headquarters in Sants in 1944. The Josep Vallès Facility, at C Begur 44, occupies the old modernist textile factory Serra i Balet, a building from 1906. This architectural revamp houses extensive sports facilities: heated pools, including an Olympic-sized one, gyms, and spaces for various activities.
