In La Marina del Prat Vermell, Colònia Bausili emerges as a unique enclave of industrial Barcelona. Built in 1928 on the foundations of the old Tejidos Brugarolas factory, this complex of 22 white houses, designed by architect Joan Amigó, showcases a distinctive structure: two-level homes with upper access via cantilevered corridors and exterior stairs.
