At the heart of Vila de Gràcia, the Francisco Giner Street Houses (numbers 16 and 18) stand as an architectural testament to the early 20th century. Built from a unique modernist design in 1905, these twin properties share an identical facade, articulating a ground floor and four upper stories. Their distinctive bulging wrought-iron balconies, with central helical railings, rest on lintels sculpted with floral details. The stucco finish mimics rough-surfaced ashlar, creating a visual dialogue between artisanal craft and Gràcia's urban sobriety.
