At C Bruc 110, the Barcelona Municipal Conservatory of Music anchors Dreta de l'Eixample, a true cultural and architectural landmark. Designed in 1916 by Antoni de Falguera, the 1928 structure masterfully blends late Modernisme with nascent Noucentisme. Its cylindrical towers, a clear nod to Puig i Cadafalch, frame a striking Montjuïc stone façade. Inside, a central 'peixera' and grand white marble staircase reveal a spatial design crafted specifically for musical training. Founded as a school in 1886, this iconic space has profoundly shaped Barcelona's sonic landscape.
