The venue

Barcelona unfolds as a constellation of cultural spaces that defy uniformity. From old industrial warehouses reconfigured for performing arts, like Nau Ivanow, to contemporary culture centers nestled in historic buildings, such as the CCCB in the former Casa de Caritat, the city weaves a network of venues that maintain a constant artistic pulse. These spaces, often featuring architecture that dialogues between the historic and the functional, host cutting-edge exhibitions, debates, music, and alternative theater, solidifying a diverse urban cultural ecosystem. Their essence lies in their ability to transform and reinterpret the urban fabric for artistic expression.
