The venue
In the heart of Marina de Port, the Plus Ultra Quarter emerges as an architectural testament from the early 20th century. Built between 1925 and 1930, this enclave consists of one or two-story terraced houses, arranged in a unique 'Y' configuration converging on a central square. Its name pays tribute to the Plus Ultra seaplane, the first Spanish aircraft to cross the Atlantic, with streets dedicated to its aviators. Despite urban pressures, the neighborhood has maintained its original structure and a strong community character, preserving a legacy of popular housing in Sants-Montjuïc. The annual 'Trepitjada del Raïm' celebrates its agrarian past.
