The venue
Nestled in Les Corts, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya's Campus Nord stands as a benchmark of brutalist architecture in Barcelona. Opened in the 1970s, its buildings showcase exposed concrete, articulating solid volumes and a functional aesthetic that defined institutional construction of the era. Home to computer science and telecommunications faculties, it's a hub for internationally renowned tech research and development. Its design incorporates modulated facades with louvers for solar control and spaces fostering interaction within a rigorous academic and urban environment.
