The venue
Les Escales Park Residential Complex, a masterwork by Josep Lluís Sert and his team (1967-1973), stands in Pedralbes as a landmark of late rationalism. This award-winning complex (FAD 1974) blends prismatic volumes of white stone and 'llibret' shutters with a lush landscaped setting. Its duplexes, designed for maximum outdoor living, feature spacious covered terraces, marrying modernity with Mediterranean tradition. A prime example of high-quality architecture in the Les Corts district, a true heir to Le Corbusier's legacy.
