La Ermita de Santa Anna en Camí dels Recs, 581, se ubica en Castellvell del Camp, Tarragona, no en el entramado de Barcelona. Edificada en 1613, esta construcción ha conocido sucesivas modificaciones hasta su restauración final en 2007, revelando pinturas barrocas en su interior. Es un ejemplo de arquitectura religiosa rural con muros de mampostería y tejado a dos aguas.
