The venue
On the slope of Montjuïc, the Fossar de la Pedrera, a former quarry, stands as a space of democratic memory. This memorial, inaugurated in 1985, houses the mausoleum of President Lluís Companys and over seventeen hundred names of victims of Francoist repression.
