The venue
Masia Torre Rodona, or Can Vinyals de la Torre, stands in Les Corts as a relic of medieval rural Barcelona. Its 10th-century defensive tower, built against Saracen raids, is one of the city's oldest. This architectural ensemble, a Local Cultural Asset, blends Romanesque, Gothic, and Baroque elements, the result of centuries of remodels, including a notable one in 1610 and a reconstruction after the 1714 fire. In its stone and design, this monument narrates the evolution of a territory once a strategic agricultural hub.
