The venue
El Mercat de Sarrià, inaugurado en 1911, es un referente arquitectónico modernista en el corazón del barrio de Sarrià. Diseñado por Arnau Calvet y Marcel·lí Coquillat, su estructura de obra vista y esqueleto metálico, con tres naves y vitrales que bañan el interior de luz natural, revela la estética de principios del siglo XX. Ubicado sobre el antiguo huerto parroquial de Sant Vicenç, este mercado ha sido testigo de la evolución de Sarrià, manteniendo su esencia como punto de encuentro y comercio esencial en la antigua villa, anexionada a Barcelona en 1921. Un espacio que fusiona historia y cotidianidad urbana.
