The venue
In Plaça Sant Gregori Taumaturg, within the Sant Gervasi - Galvany district, the Parròquia de Sant Gregori Taumaturg stands out with its circular floor plan, a distinctive feature in Barcelona's ecclesiastical landscape. Its construction, begun in 1954 by Bartolomé Llongueras and completed in 1995 with Jordi Bonet's intervention, simplified an ambitious original project. It features a monumental facade with four Ionic columns supporting a triangular pediment. This discreet yet formally powerful temple blends into the residential atmosphere of the city's upper zone, serving as an unpretentious architectural landmark.
