The venue
Located at Avinguda de Pedralbes 7, the Finca Güell Entrance Pavilions are an early work by Antoni Gaudí, built between 1883 and 1887. They represent Eusebi Güell's first major commission to Gaudí, marking the start of a collaboration crucial for Catalan Modernisme. The structures, originally designed as a gatekeeper's house and stables, feature parabolic brick arches and ceramic ornamentation, with clear Orientalist influences. Their most distinctive element is the wrought-iron dragon gate, symbolizing Ladon, the mythological guardian of the Garden of the Hesperides.
