La Plaça del Teatre, en Ciutat Vella, se extiende ante la fachada del Teatre Principal, el espacio escénico más antiguo de la ciudad. Inaugurado en 1598 como Casa de les Comèdies, su historia es un documento de la evolución teatral barcelonesa.
