Deemed the last surviving 18th-century home from the district's founding, it retains its original volume and three-street façade, a hallmark of the initial military planning. After a 2011 renovation that respected its exterior, the building transformed into a cultural hub dedicated to preserving Barceloneta's historical and collective memory.
